EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
This returns policy only applies to items that have been purchased between 1st November - 25th December 2017.
Any new item can be returned for a full refund, store credit or exchange providing it is returned to us by the 10th January 2018.
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch or item as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:
- Is the item working perfectly?
- Is it in good condition?
If your answer to either question is "no" then the watch or item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Tayroc will not accept the returned item.
What if you notice a mechanical problem after the watch or jewellery item has been sized and/or worn?
In such cases, Tayroc will do its best to repair or replace the item under our extensive two-year Tayroc Warranty.
In short, Tayroc cannot replace or refund a watch or jewellery item when:
- The watch or jewellery item has been worn
- The tags/factory tape has been removed
- The product has been sized
